While AWPTrafficsafety.com already existed, it was outdated, difficult to manage, and unresponsive. AWP needed a refreshed site that would better demonstrate its commitment to safety and service, as well as its leadership in the traffic safety industry. The new site also needed to allow for users to search for available services and equipment offered at various locations, and corresponding scheduling and inquiry contact forms.
We collaborated with the AWP team to identify a structure for organizing service, equipment, and location data, and built custom upload functionality to facilitate ease of data management. The new site contains multiple, easy-to-use custom forms, so the AWP staff will be able to receive and manage customer inquiries or requests for quotes. AWPs new brand assets are leveraged throughout the site, further communicating the company’s updated identity.
The new site provides a platform for AWP to communicate employee benefits, career openings and its commitment to AWP employees’ safety and growth. What’s more, it was built to specifically allow for scalability and flexibility as the company continues to grow in the future. We capped off the project by training several members of the AWP team to edit and add content in the back-end of Wordpress, enabling them to feel empowered and confident to manage their site in the future.
